What a difference bad leadership makes!

I felt the need to say this and since the Pine Bluff Commercial seems to think its not worth mentioning (or it is possible the mayor has alot to do with whats published) then I will post it on here where I can get my feelings about this out and no one can edit me. The Pine Bluff Police Department! It has been a source of alot of conversation, arguments, and disagreements, the new Chief of Police has come into this department and pushed and shoved and bullied her way around to the point that over 29 officers have left to go to other departments and some even willing to take a pay cut in order to do so. Several of these officers I know personally and have been with the PBPD for many years, officers that this city NEEDS are leaving and it has to stop! Our so called city leaders need to step up to the plate and do what they were put there for and quit letting the mayor run this department! The Mayor and his sidekick Chief that he put into our department are running it into the ground and if you think this city is bad now just wait til there are no officers on the street with more than a weeks experience. This is an outrage as not only a lifetime citizen of this city but also as a police officers wife! I have seen officers that used to love this job be beat down to the point of not caring anymore and the blame needs to go once and for all where it belongs...The Mayor, The Council that gave him way too much power, the people that elected him, and the Chief that was hired to do a job that she is doing very badly! We as citizens need to stand and say we are tired of the CRAP and we need to CLEAN HOUSE! I welcome any comments to this BLOG and Im willing to stand by every word I write.
